Darryl is Head of the Herd at IBEX Payroll, a payroll outsourcing and human resources software company named Manitoba’s 15th fastest growing business in 2008.

Darryl is passionate about his goal to create the biggest employee-owned company while maintaining a happy and fulfilling family life.  He is quietly and steadily working to that end by creating a remarkable workplace culture where employees and customers love to do business and by learning, practicing and sharing Real Life strategies.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, husband and father, Darryl is also a Professional Engineer.  After practicing in the field and then running his own engineering consulting business, Darryl has chosen to apply his need to design, build and "make things work" to IBEX Payroll.

About Getty

Getty is a Professional Speaker operating her own speaking business while also being a stay-at-home mom.

Getty is a graduate of the Faculty of Human Ecology and Faculty of Education at the University of Manitoba - a perfect fit for her passion and interest in helping families, organizations and communities. 

In 1997, she began speaking, training and consulting with private, public and non-profit organizations on effective business communication and the soft skills of running a business.  The arrival of kids in 2001 and 2003 led to the need for a new way to do business. With her commitment to family and her passion for speaking, Getty charted a new course for her business by streamlining her topic areas and number of speaking engagements.

Today, Getty spends the majority of time with her family, but when she hits the stage - look out!  Getty loves interacting with audiences and is often described by them as:
