Getty and Darryl Ask Municipal leaders to commit to Employee Engagement.

Getty and Darryl spoke along with David Zinger and Barbara Bowes at the Association of Manitoba Municipalities' Conference this year. They shared their tried and tested, real life leadership strategies in their session - Engage! The Leader's Role in Employee Engagement.  Delegates were challenged to commit to their leadership role and to make work personal.
