HRMAM kicked off their new year with "Engage! The Leader's Role in Employee Engagement"

After a well deserved summer break, human resource professionals across the province heard about Getty and Darryl's take on the leader's role in engaging employees.  By combining the theories of a business trainer (Getty) and the real life experience of a business owner (Darryl), this presentation gave HRMAM members an interesting perspective on creating a great workplace culture.  It also gave them an inside look at the strategies IBEX Payroll has implemented to create an engaging workplace.
