The MAFRI Crops Knowledge Centre in Carman, Manitoba never knew writing could be so much fun!  During this fast-paced, informative day, we busted some old writing myths, learned about using plain language, talked about focussing on our readers and brainstormed ways to make our writing more effective.  Expect a little more sizzle the next time you read about Manitoba crops.

Manitoba Justice Meets Myers Briggs

Communication, understanding and celebration were the order of the day for 60 Manitoba Justice support staff as they gathered for their 2^nd Annual Conference.  In this fast-paced, interactive and revealing workshop, Getty helped participants discover their Myers Briggs Personality Type and gave them several opportunities to see the different types in action.  As participants became more aware of their type, excitement grew and a few "ah ha's", "how did you know that about me?" and "so that's why my partner drives me crazy!" were heard throughout the audience.

Young Associates are keen, bright, ambitious and poised to become our next generation of business leaders. Along their journey, they too will face the reality and challenges of balancing numerous demands.  By sharing their own story, Getty and Darryl shared their tips and ideas to help these Young Associates be happy and successful both at home and in the boardroom.

The Stonewall & District Chamber Members were fully Engaged

Stonewall business and community leaders had an opportunity to fine tune their employee engagement strategies.  Already well on their way, these leaders knew how important their role is in employee engagement and were particularly intrigued by the idea of playing favourites and focusing attention on A & B employees.
